Does McDonalds have a monopoly on McDonalds food?

Suppose someone wants to get McDonalds food (I know that would be unrealistic, but just go with it). Is their only option to get McDonalds food to ACTUALLY go to McDonalds?

If so, do you think this should be stopped?
