You can login at PlayatMcD.com, and select FAQ on the Menu at the top. Then they have a "Contact Us" link on the lower right side. Just fill in the info and send them your question.
Just so you know, all the on-line moves including the starting property, the dice roll info, and the property you land on is kept on-line in the "My Monopoly" area. Just click on "My Monopoly" at the top of the screen/page next to the main Menu. You probably didn't start on the property you thought you were on before you rolled a "10" on the dice.
