Normally you just go in and give it in at the counter or you might have a booklet thing and it should say in small print at the back. My sister had one and she claimed the stuff at the counter. It kinda depends what you won like if its food than you claim it at the counter otherwise i think you have to go online or something.I have a monopoly in the McDonalds Monopoly in real life.
