Can you really win the prizes on the McDonalds monopoly?

And if so do they really give you the prizes you win? I know it can't be false advertisement, but who really keeps track of the wins and who regulates them. Is it McDonalds? Can you really win the prizes on the McDonalds monopoly?
local prizes - free fries, free burgers.....a lot of winners

low prizes - $100....you might have a few winners?....you might see someone jumping up and down in your local store?

intermediate prizes - $10,000....don't hold your breath....

grand prize - $1,000,000....there is ONE winning ticket for the entire contest

....a few years ago...there was a scam with this contest..."mcdonalds-corporation" would give the winning tickets to friends %26amp; family !!!

naturally..."mcdonalds-corporation" was embarassed when the media (and the rest of the world) knew the truthCan you really win the prizes on the McDonalds monopoly?
You can win the prizes, but the odds of winning are stacked against you. Different regions have different pieces, and some pieces are made in a limited quanitity. Its better not to worry about winning cause the amount of McDonalds food you would have to eat to get the top prize would bankrupt you and kill you from all the fat, calories, and cholesterol.
it is possible to win but only one or two people out of the whole nation get the 1 million if you want to see the odds got to this website

I've won free food in previous McDonald's contests. I'm sure it's not a hoax, but if you're looking for the million-dollar prize, you should assume only one person is going to win it.
It is not McDonalds, it is independent but as in most competitions the chance of winning a major prize is very very slim. Can you really win the prizes on the McDonalds monopoly?
Yea, but their are taxes, and you have 1 in a million chance of winning. It's just their way of getting you to eat there.
yea but i bet taxes will take half of the money you win or even more and there are probably a lot of regulations into it
