No, but it's rigged. I know that much. I played it 2 years in a row and I got all of the pieces except for like 1 or 2 both times. It's such a scam to generate revenue. And once you spend all of your money on their greasy food everyday playing Monopoly, you make yourself so sick that you start getting bloated. There are million of the more common pieces out there, but I saw a thing that said there was only like 3 Boardwalk and 5 of the other winning pieces last year, so people can win, but you don't have a very good chance of doing it. I suggest you just play for the free food and forget about the money, it's almost impossible to win that.
