For the Customer's participating in the Pre-Promotional Give-Away, it started on Sept. 30th. The last day to enter is today, Oct 6. However, I've had NO success getting the site to load, so I'm still trying to enter the Pre-Promotional contest. I've seen only ONE commercial on TV announcing the start of the new Monopoly Game which is Oct 7th. I'm going to visit McDonald's tomorrow to see what info they have at their restaurant.
