Yes, if you collect all of the pieces in a set, you win. The catch is that one of the pieces in each set is "rare". For instance, there are only 3 Boardwalk pieces while there are millions of Park Places. The most common rare piece is Mediterranean (15,000 pieces) which combines with Baltic to win $50.



An easy way to remember which pieces are rare is that the rare piece in each set (with the exception of Boardwalk) is the last one alphabetically.
